The irrepressible Senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has declared her suspension “unjust” and vowed that she would continue to use her “duly elected position” to serve her constituents and country to the best of her ability till 2027 and beyond. She insisted that her illegal suspension does not withdraw her legitimacy as a senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Taking to her Facebook page, a defiant Natasha said her suspension from the Senate on Thursday following the recommendation of the Senate Committee on Ethics, Code of Conduct and Public Petitions, invalidates the principles of natural justice, fairness and equity.
