There has been a resurgence in cult war in Edo State which last weekend claimed the lives of 12 young men in different parts of the state.
Newsmata.com.ng gathered that eight persons were killed last Friday while four others were killed on Sunday.
Among the dead was a staff of the Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital in Benin City, Mr. Osamede Iyamu.
The killings were said to have taken place at Oluku, Airport Road, Ovbiogie and Ugbowo areas.
The killing of Iyamu was confirmed by a staff of the hospital who pleaded anonymity.
Edo State Police Public Relations Officer, Moses Yamu, confirmed the cult clashes and killings.
