As he joined the Edo State House of Assembly (EDHA) in the 2024 Nine Lessons and Carol, Governor Monday Okpebholo has assured Edo people that his administration would make 2025 a better year for them through practical and good governance.
In his goodwill message at the event organised by the Speaker, Blessing Agbebaku, held at the hallowed chamber of the House for honourable members and staff of the Assembly, Governor Okpebholo thanked God for his blessings upon the state and prayed for love, oneness and unity as it progressed into 2025.
The governor, who joined the 24 members and staff in a melodious tune, said “God has been good to us in the state. As the year is coming to an end, we will not end with the year, but see the end of it, and together we shall all enter 2025, praying for more blessings”.
The high point of the Carol night was the rendition of different melodious tunes by the EDHA and El-Excess Choral choirs to the delight of everyone.
Santa Claus was also in the house to entertain the audience.
